Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by acting as a single point of contact and partnering with the business for all HR needs.
The Lead HR Business Partner will partner with Talent Acquisition to track, monitor and ensure the quality of hires into the supported business units.
The role will design, implement and administer HR programs and initiatives for employees in areas such as onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development planning and retention across the complete hire-to-retire employee lifecycle.
The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of employees to maintain a high level of employee engagement.
The Lead HR Business Partner will coordinate with the Learning and Development function to plan and implement employee and managerial development initiatives.
The role will benchmark best practices in HR policies and drive effective motivation and reward programs, job rotations and related employee initiatives.
The HRBP will proactively identify issues and situations before they occur and provide suitable solutions to the business in consultation with peers and senior members of the HR team.
The position will create metrics that help identify trends and recommend suitable solutions.
The HRBP will partner and engage with HR colleagues, including global and regional HR business partners.
The role will institute processes for identifying and charting the career development and progression of high performers within the organization.
The position will drive and oversee the talent management process and institute systems and processes for developing and retaining talent within the identified framework.
The HRBP will drive competency development within the team across product, domain and technology areas in partnership with the business and Learning and Development function to optimize resource utilization.
The role will establish appropriate processes and systems for the HR function, continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of these processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
The HRBP will proactively drive employee engagement measures while ensuring transparency and fairness in compensation fitment and role alignment of resources in comparison with peer groups across global offices.
The position will monitor and control departmental expenditure within approved budgets.
The role will work closely with the HR Operations team to obtain updates on individual employee records, salary fitment and incentives.
The HRBP will ensure adherence to applicable geographic legal compliances and monitor employee leaves and approvals.
The role requires demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through continuous development, modelling inclusive behaviours and proactively managing bias.
The position will also perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field is required.
The company is looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be capable of communicating effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of an HR and business team consisting of professionals at different levels.
The role requires the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times and under all circumstances.
Candidates should demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in all aspects of their work. Strong research capabilities are required.
Applicants must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Candidates should possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
