Job Description
Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited is hiring an Executive/Senior Executive - HR & Admin for its Pune location. This is an on-site opportunity. The company operates in the manufacturing, engineering, heavy equipment, and tower crane industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, HR administration, and compliance activities. The role includes coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, selection support, offer negotiation, and offer release. The candidate will also manage pre-joining formalities, prepare employment documentation, maintain recruitment records, and facilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Responsibilities include ensuring all joining documents are collected and maintained according to company policies and compliance requirements while supporting new employees during their transition.
The role also involves organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, reward and recognition programs, welfare initiatives, addressing employee concerns and grievances, assisting with employee feedback surveys, and implementing action plans. The candidate will support Training Need Identification activities, prepare annual training calendars, coordinate internal and external training programs, maintain training records, monitor training effectiveness, and contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include supporting performance appraisal processes, monitoring employee performance metrics, coordinating performance review meetings, managing HR administration inventory, handling logistical support, vendor management, maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies, preserving employee records for audits, supporting HR compliance reviews, implementing policy updates, and ensuring confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree along with an MBA in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate or engineering and design centre environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, Microsoft Office, and HR software skills are essential. High integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn are also required.
