Pophen Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Thane office. Engineering, Cleanroom Solutions, EPC Projects. The company specializes in Cleanroom Solutions, Modular Partition Systems, Cleanroom Ceilings, and Turnkey EPC Projects and is expanding its operations across India. The organization is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can build a high-performance workforce and establish strong Human Resources processes across the business.
The Human Resources Manager will lead the complete HR function including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. Candidates with experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, HVAC, Construction, or Industrial organizations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and corporate positions.
Recruit Project Managers, Design Engineers, Procurement professionals, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Site Engineers, and Support Staff.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals.
Conduct interviews and salary negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Handle attendance management, leave management, and HRMS maintenance.
Coordinate exit interviews and full and final settlement processes.
Employee Relations
Resolve employee grievances professionally.
Build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Support employee retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Manage probation confirmations.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Develop KPIs and KRAs.
Support employee career development planning.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain HR audit records and documentation.
Learning and Development
Identify organizational training needs.
Coordinate technical and behavioural training programs.
Organize induction and employee development programs.
HR Policies
Develop and implement Human Resources policies.
Standardize HR processes and procedures.
Ensure HR policy compliance across all departments.
Candidate Requirements
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
6 to 10 years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role.
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, HVAC, Cleanroom, Construction, or Industrial companies is preferred.
