Nexfore Consulting is hiring an Assistant Manager Human Resources for its Thane office. The company operates in the consulting, safety, compliance, ESG, project management, and workforce solutions domain. Employee size was not provided. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR documentation. The selected candidate will help implement HR policies and procedures, coordinate training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave systems, preparing HR reports, and supporting payroll inputs in collaboration with finance and senior HR leadership. The role also involves acting as a point of contact for employee queries, contributing to HR process improvements, and supporting HR-driven CSR and safety-related initiatives.
Candidates should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, record keeping, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. The role requires the ability to coordinate training programs, support audits, and assist with certification and licensing processes where HR involvement is required. Proficiency in HR software or HRIS tools, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, along with basic HR data analysis and reporting is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, organisational, and multitasking skills are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications will be an advantage. Prior experience in consulting, safety-focused organisations, or similar industries will be beneficial.
