Hiring: Payroll Specialist

Jigsaw Inc. is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in payroll operations, statutory compliance, and payroll systems. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, compliance activities, payroll reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Description:
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy.
Handle salary revisions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and Full & Final settlements.
Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and labour laws.
Prepare statutory returns, payroll MIS, and management reports.
Manage payroll accounting, reconciliations, and audit support activities.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, auditors, and leadership teams.
Drive payroll automation and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely compliance.
Preferred Candidate:
4+ years of experience in Payroll Operations.
Hands-on experience with Keka and Darwinbox is mandatory.
Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in payroll automation and reporting will be preferred.
