Job Description
Mariinox Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources for its Delhi NCR location. The role is suitable for proactive HR professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Generalist functions. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, processing monthly payroll and coordinating payroll activities, handling employee onboarding, induction, documentation and confirmation processes, managing attendance, leave records and employee data through KEKA HRMS, maintaining employee records, HR MIS and statutory compliance documentation. Responsibilities also include driving employee engagement initiatives, resolving employee grievances, preparing HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters and exit formalities, supporting performance management and employee lifecycle processes, partnering with management on HR policies, organizational development and workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal company policies. Candidates should have hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS, strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations and statutory compliance along with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
