Enerpac Tool Group is hiring an HR Tech Analyst (Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant) for its HR Tech team in Bengaluru. The role will support the delivery of HR technology solutions, specifically Oracle Cloud HCM, by understanding business requirements, supporting implementations, managing system enhancements, and ensuring smooth HR technology operations.
The selected candidate will work on implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements. The candidate will gather and understand business needs, map requirements with system functionalities, assist in configuration and setup, support project activities including unit testing, integration testing, data updates, and basic system integrations.
The role includes managing quarterly Oracle HCM release updates by testing system changes and ensuring smooth releases with minimal business impact. The candidate will troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, provide timely solutions, manage users, roles, and basic security configurations, create reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, maintain system documentation, and collaborate with HR teams and business users to design, deliver, and support HR technology solutions.
The HR Tech Analyst will suggest improvements and best practices to optimize HR processes using Oracle HCM, provide user support and training, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR system operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and core concepts. The candidate should have functional knowledge of HR processes across modules including Global Human Resources, Recruiting, Goals, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation.
Required technical skills include proficiency in reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI, familiarity with HCM technical components including Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Extracts, and Flexfields, understanding of HCM security framework including roles, data security, and access control, basic knowledge of system integrations and data exchange concepts, awareness of data privacy and compliance standards, and working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
Candidates should have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to translate business requirements into system-level solutions, good communication and stakeholder interaction skills, ability to work independently, and manage priorities effectively.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field with 2–4 years of experience working with, implementing, or supporting global Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
