The Talent Operations team serves as the Project Management Office (PMO) and governance hub for Vertiv's Talent Management Centre of Excellence. The Talent Management, Operations role is responsible for driving operational excellence through governance, enterprise metrics, standardised processes, disciplined execution, and data-driven decision-making. The role also acts as the central steward for talent data and employee listening insights while partnering with global stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of strategic talent initiatives.
The selected candidate will establish and maintain enterprise governance standards, operating models, and talent management processes. Responsibilities include designing and managing governance forums, operating cadences, decision-tracking mechanisms, facilitating Talent Council meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through across stakeholders.
The role includes building and maintaining enterprise talent metrics, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and reporting structures. The candidate will serve as the single source of truth for talent data by ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across global regions.
The candidate will lead Vertiv's employee listening strategy by managing employee engagement surveys, analysing feedback, acting as the subject matter expert for survey platforms, and translating employee insights into actionable business recommendations. Additional responsibilities include managing budget planning and financial oversight for Talent Strategy initiatives, supporting organisational change management, coordinating capability rollouts, collaborating with HR Business Partners and regional talent leaders, and partnering with the Performance Management and Talent Systems team to maintain governance, reporting, and data integrity.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering within a global matrix organisation. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in governance design, enterprise operating models, HR analytics, talent data management, employee engagement measurement, change management, project management, financial planning, stakeholder management, executive communication, and organisational coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or HR certification will be an advantage.
