Job Description
Flow Interio Private Limited is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the organization's end-to-end Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance and employee relations while supporting business growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all functions, develop and implement HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures, manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers and employee exit processes, oversee attendance, leave management, employee records and HR documentation, coordinate performance management, appraisals and employee development initiatives, drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture programmes, handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, support payroll inputs and coordinate with the Finance and Payroll team, maintain HRIS, employee databases and HR reports, partner with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management, monitor recruitment metrics, employee turnover and HR analytics, conduct training and development programmes based on business needs and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining complete confidentiality of employee information.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and compliance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, training and development, labour law compliance, HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and decision making.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization is preferred. Candidates should have 5-8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, with experience in recruitment, HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, real estate or related industries will be preferred.
Preferred industries include Luxury Home Interiors, Interior Design and Fit-out, Construction, Real Estate, Architecture Firms, Manufacturing and Facility Management.
The role will be measured on key performance indicators including time-to-hire, quality of hire, employee retention rate, recruitment target achievement, employee engagement score, performance review completion, HR compliance, audit accuracy, grievance resolution time, HR documentation accuracy and training effectiveness.
