NIIT Limited is looking for a Benefits Administrator responsible for accurate, compliant, and timely administration of employee benefits programmes, including group insurance schemes, reimbursement processing, vendor coordination, and employee support. The role will act as the execution arm of the Compensation & Benefits function by ensuring smooth delivery of benefits programmes and creating a consistent employee experience across a multi-location workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Drive the organizationās Health & Wellness initiatives and ensure effective employee adoption and engagement.
⢠Manage Company Car Policy administration including enrolment, exits, and employee query resolution.
⢠Execute Annual Awards and Long Service Awards processes with accuracy, governance, and timely completion.
⢠Manage end-to-end administration of group benefit programmes including Mediclaim, Term Life, and Personal Accident insurance.
⢠Handle employee enrolments, mid-year changes, deletions, renewals, and benefit-related transactions.
⢠Coordinate with insurance TPAs and brokers for policy issuance, e-cards, endorsements, and audit-ready documentation.
⢠Manage employee insurance claims including cashless and reimbursement processes by coordinating with employees, TPAs, and insurers.
⢠Maintain accurate benefits data across HRIS platforms and ensure employee and dependent records are updated and compliant.
⢠Track and analyze benefits utilization trends and identify improvement opportunities.
⢠Manage vendor interactions, monitor service levels, and ensure timely closure of issues.
⢠Monitor vendor performance including claims turnaround time, query resolution, and data accuracy.
⢠Maintain claims history, utilization dashboards, and cost analysis reports to support renewals and benefit reviews.
⢠Support Rewards & Recognition platform operations including onboarding, manager support, and first-level assistance.
⢠Generate monthly adoption, utilization, and budget consumption reports.
⢠Ensure all benefits transactions comply with statutory requirements, policy timelines, and audit standards.
⢠Prepare Benefits MIS reports including claims ratio, utilization trends, and spend analysis.
⢠Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.
⢠Develop benefits communication materials including onboarding guides, renewal documents, and claim process information.
⢠Conduct benefits awareness sessions and support open enrollment activities.
Required Skills:
⢠Experience in benefits administration, employee benefits, and HR operations.
⢠Hands-on experience managing group mediclaim, term life, and personal accident insurance.
⢠Strong knowledge of claims lifecycle management and TPA coordination.
⢠Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and advanced Excel.
⢠Experience in data management, reconciliation, reporting, and MIS generation.
⢠Knowledge of Indian labour law provisions related to employee benefits and statutory compliance.
⢠Strong vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
Qualification:
⢠Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Commerce, or related discipline.
Experience:
⢠3ā6 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a listed Indian company or MNC environment.
