Job Description
Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Benefits Operations Professional responsible for administering employee benefits programs and statutory compliance processes while ensuring accurate transaction processing, payroll coordination, vendor management, and employee support in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The role involves managing day-to-day administration of statutory and non-statutory benefits including PF, Gratuity, NPS, insurance, and car schemes. The candidate will handle statutory filings, contribution validation, reconciliations, compliance tracking, documentation, and audit records while ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines.
Key responsibilities include managing insurance enrollments, exits, employee updates, premium validation, claim processing, employee query resolution, and coordination with payroll teams and insurers. The role also requires providing monthly payroll inputs, validating payroll outputs, reconciling data across systems, statutory portals, and vendor invoices.
The candidate will coordinate with external vendors including insurers, leasing companies, and trustees, monitor service delivery, support invoice processing, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing operational reports, dashboards, audit documentation, supporting compliance reviews, maintaining HRIS and benefits system data accuracy, performing data validation and system updates, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
