The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate, sales, engineering, project execution, design, finance, legal, procurement, and support functions within the real estate sector. The role requires a proactive and result-driven recruitment professional who can source, attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring recruitment timelines, manpower budgets, and organizational hiring standards are maintained.
The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding. Responsibilities include partnering with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, developing effective hiring strategies, preparing job descriptions, publishing job openings across recruitment platforms, and sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, networking events, and talent databases.
The role involves building talent pipelines for critical and niche positions within the real estate and construction domain, conducting candidate screening, telephonic interviews, competency assessments, and initial evaluations. The Talent Acquisition Executive will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, facilitate feedback collection, ensure position closure within defined turnaround time and recruitment KPIs, and maintain a smooth recruitment process.
The candidate will act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners while ensuring continuous candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey. Responsibilities include compensation discussions, offer management, preparing offer proposals, coordinating approval workflows, issuing offer letters, managing pre-employment documentation, conducting reference checks and background verification, monitoring joining status, and coordinating with HR Operations for onboarding and induction activities.
The role also includes maintaining recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases. The candidate will prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports covering open position status, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment cost analysis. The position requires ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, employment regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of recruitment data.
The Talent Acquisition Executive will support employer branding initiatives, participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events. The candidate will develop and maintain talent pools, build relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to support future hiring requirements.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline is required. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Personnel Management is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, experience hiring for Sales, CRM, Engineering, Project Management, QS, Procurement, Design, Accounts, Legal, and corporate functions. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms are required along with excellent interviewing, assessment, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and recruitment analytics skills.
Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction and Infrastructure, EPC Companies, Engineering, and project-based organizations will be preferred. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HRMS, and Applicant Tracking Systems ATS.
