The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a strategic role in leading recruitment efforts for high-impact industrial projects across pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, petrochemicals, oil and gas, fertilizers, design, engineering, project management, and construction management functions. The role involves developing and executing long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, workforce planning, and project delivery timelines.
The selected candidate will partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Project Directors, Divisional General Managers, and Hiring Managers to anticipate hiring needs, source specialized talent, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, employer branding initiatives, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, improving candidate experience, conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis, salary benchmarking, workforce planning, and implementing structured recruitment processes.
The role also includes leading regional recruitment drives, managing recruitment technology and ATS platforms including SuccessFactors, driving automation initiatives, ensuring compliance with company standards and labour laws, maintaining recruitment dashboards and analytics, supporting diversity hiring initiatives, internal mobility, and leading continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with proven recruitment experience in strategic or senior advisory roles. Experience in recruiting for industrial engineering projects, strong knowledge of labour laws, DEI principles, engineering and construction project lifecycles, ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, stakeholder management, and high-volume recruitment across multiple locations is essential.
