Workstreet is hiring a Talent Partner to support global hiring initiatives by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple regions. The role requires strong expertise in recruiting cybersecurity professionals, especially within the U.S. cybersecurity market, along with experience hiring across the UK, India, and the Philippines.
The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical roles, including cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and strategic functions. The Talent Partner will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies, provide talent market insights, manage candidate pipelines, conduct assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive successful offer closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requirement gathering to offer acceptance for cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and other critical roles.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, define candidate profiles, create interview plans, and provide market insights.
Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, talent communities, and modern sourcing techniques across global markets.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, leadership abilities, communication skills, and organizational fit.
Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, candidate expectations, and ensure successful hiring closures.
Provide insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, market trends, and competitive hiring activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, reports, and hiring activities through ATS platforms such as Rippling.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, employer branding, and talent acquisition practices.
The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling multiple hiring priorities, excellent negotiation abilities, and a strategic approach toward sourcing and recruitment. The candidate should be comfortable hiring across global markets including the US, UK, India, and the Philippines, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity hiring including GRC, risk, compliance, cloud security, and infrastructure roles.
Experience in high-growth SaaS and MSSP organizations, knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, exposure to leadership hiring, workforce planning, and recruiting operations improvement will be beneficial.
