Michael Page is hiring for one of India's leading independent financial services firms offering investment banking, institutional equities, asset management, wealth management, and SME lending solutions. The organization is looking for an experienced HR Transformation professional to lead strategic HR initiatives, digital transformation, process excellence, and HR technology implementation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR transformation projects, driving process improvements, implementing HR technology solutions, supporting compensation and rewards programs, and collaborating with multiple business functions to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Transformation and Project Management:
Lead and manage strategic HR transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop project plans, implementation timelines, governance frameworks, stakeholder communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget.
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, implementation progress, and project governance.
HR Technology, Automation and AI:
Lead implementation and enhancement of HRMS platforms, recruitment systems, intranet solutions, workflow automation, and AI-enabled HR technologies.
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve employee experience through digital solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful implementation, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Evaluate emerging HR technologies to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
HR Operations, Process Excellence and Policy Governance:
Standardize and optimize HR processes across the complete employee lifecycle.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for HR functions.
Manage HR policy framework including periodic reviews, updates, approvals, and organization-wide communication.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and governance.
Compensation, Rewards and HR Analytics:
Support annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, promotion cycles, and bonus planning.
Conduct compensation benchmarking using leading market surveys including Aon, Mercer, Korn Ferry, and WTW.
Develop HR dashboards and management reports covering workforce metrics, recruitment, compensation, attrition, productivity, and business performance.
Generate actionable HR analytics to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
ESOP and Strategic HR Initiatives:
Lead implementation and administration of the ESOP platform ensuring accurate data migration and seamless implementation.
Support strategic HR projects, organizational change management initiatives, and HR digital transformation programs.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Technology, Legal, and business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 5-7 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, HR Technology, HR Excellence, HR Analytics, or Compensation and Benefits. Experience implementing HRMS platforms, managing HR transformation projects, compensation benchmarking, project management, stakeholder management, advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI-enabled HR solutions is preferred.
