The role will support People Partners and business leaders by providing accurate and actionable people information to enable better workforce decisions and create a strong working environment for a remote and global team.
The role will be responsible for supporting a diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive workforce through effective onboarding, growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion practices. The position requires a strong combination of People Operations, HR Business Partnering, process management, stakeholder management, and technology-driven HR operations.
The candidate will own end-to-end onboarding activities including culture walkthroughs, asset and access provisioning, and background verification in partnership with vendors. The role requires automating onboarding workflows such as offer letters, welcome packs, and Day 1 checklists through AI tools and HRIS integrations. Automation of onboarding processes is a mandatory requirement.
The position will manage end-to-end offboarding including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and system access revocation. The candidate will partner with leaders on people-related conflicts, decisions, and concerns and act as the single point of contact for employee queries related to policies, culture, and HR processes.
The role will conduct periodic check-ins to understand productivity, identify risks, and support employee retention. The candidate will also strategize and execute online and offline employee engagement activities from planning through completion.
The candidate will own People Operations communications including templates, policies, announcements, and handbook entries. The role will involve reviewing HR-related paperwork and contracts and issuing letters and documents within defined timelines. The candidate will partner with business leaders to develop HR policies aligned with the company’s vision and values.
A major responsibility of the role is to identify and eliminate manual HR processes using AI and automation tools such as Claude, Zapier, or similar platforms. The candidate will build and maintain automated dashboards covering headcount, attrition, engagement, and compliance. An automation-first approach is mandatory when designing or managing HR processes.
The role will strategize and execute attrition reduction and employee retention programs. The candidate will support performance review cycles through data aggregation, preparation of manager briefing documents, and completion follow-ups. The position will also involve negotiating and managing vendor partnerships covering insurance, background verification, POSH, legal, compliance, and employee merchandise.
The candidate will coordinate payroll changes with Finance within agreed timelines and manage offsites and workations end-to-end. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use HR data and technology to improve people processes and employee experience.
Candidates should have 5–12 years of experience in People Operations or HRBP roles. Experience working with a remote and global team of 200+ people is preferred. A degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required. Knowledge of labour laws and employee relations across different geographies is required.
The candidate should be comfortable extracting and structuring HRIS and ATS data exports for reporting or AI-assisted processing. Experience using AI for document generation, policy drafting, and large-scale HR communications is required. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data validation are required.
The candidate should be able to independently build people dashboards using raw HRIS and payroll exports. Strong business partnering, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
