Morningstar is hiring a Specialist - Talent Management for its Mumbai, Maharashtra location under a hybrid work model. Financial Services company with more than 10,000 employees. The selected candidate will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent management programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership capability, succession readiness and career development. The role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees to execute talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of career development initiatives, designing and managing participant communication journeys across talent programs, coordinating learning pathways, development opportunities, program engagement activities and employee communications, supporting talent development initiatives through learning experiences, stretch assignments, cross functional projects, business immersion opportunities and internal mobility programs, promoting employee development and career growth initiatives, collecting, analyzing and maintaining talent intelligence including capability data, skill insights, development activities, talent readiness indicators and workforce trends, leveraging Artificial Intelligence enabled tools and analytics to generate workforce insights, supporting talent discussions, workforce planning and development initiatives, coordinating project plans, stakeholder meetings, communications and follow up activities, and ensuring successful execution of talent management programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification will be preferred. Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development or related Human Resources functions, experience supporting performance management and talent review processes, familiarity with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar Human Resources systems, strong knowledge of talent management principles, excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, workforce reporting expertise, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, digital fluency, process automation knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
