Mission 2030 | Aatmnirbhar Bharat is hiring a Head of Human Resources ā Talent Acquisition & Creative Hiring. Non Profit Organization with 51ā200 employees. The organization is seeking an experienced and results oriented recruitment professional to lead end to end hiring for creative, media, leadership and specialised roles. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including understanding role requirements, drafting job descriptions, selecting appropriate sourcing platforms, screening candidates, evaluating portfolios, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. This role requires a hands on recruitment professional who can work independently, build structured hiring systems and take complete ownership of the recruitment process.
The selected candidate will manage end to end recruitment across LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork and other relevant hiring platforms, understand business and leadership requirements and convert them into compelling job descriptions, identify suitable sourcing channels for each role, source, screen and shortlist candidates for creative, media, leadership and specialised positions, evaluate rƩsumƩs, professional profiles, portfolios, case studies and work samples, conduct initial candidate assessments and screening interviews, build structured systems for sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview management, maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate records, coordinate interviews, candidate follow ups and internal communication, schedule final interviews with the CEO, ensure an excellent candidate experience, support salary discussions, offer coordination and onboarding, build long term talent pipelines and apply global recruitment best practices.
Candidates should have a proven record of successfully hiring more than 50 candidates, strong experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork and other recruitment platforms, end to end recruitment experience from job description creation to onboarding, strong rƩsumƩ screening, portfolio evaluation and candidate assessment skills, experience hiring for diverse, specialised and senior level roles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation, stakeholder management and decision making abilities, the ability to understand complex role requirements, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, along with accountability and ownership.
Experience hiring Social Media Managers, Growth and Digital Marketing Professionals, Cinematographers, Video Editors, Journalists, Media Heads, Corporate Communications Professionals, Public Relations Managers, Relationship Managers, Strategic Partnership Managers, Celebrity Promotion Professionals, Influencer Collaboration Professionals, Podcast and Media Collaboration Professionals, Fundraising Professionals and Sponsorship or Brand Partnership Professionals will be highly preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as an HR Head, Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in Public Relations, Media and Entertainment, Celebrity Management, Movie Promotions, Actor or Celebrity PR, Influencer Marketing, Entertainment Campaigns, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Brand Partnerships or Creative and Advertising Agencies.
