Radix is hiring a Manager- HR Operations for its Mumbai office in a hybrid work model. The role is responsible for managing the operational core of the People function by ensuring world-class Human Resources operations, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, Human Resources systems management, and exposure to Compensation and Rewards. Reporting to the Rewards Lead, this position offers the opportunity to work across India, UAE, and Cayman Islands while driving operational excellence through automation and process improvements.
The selected candidate will own the accuracy and maintenance of Human Resources technology platforms including HRMS, payroll systems, benefits platforms, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing employee records, organizational changes, employee lifecycle events, role and grade updates, compensation inputs, maintaining system documentation, standard operating procedures and governance records, auditing systems for efficiency gaps, resolving data inconsistencies, evaluating Human Resources technology solutions, supporting implementation of new platforms, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
The role includes leading end-to-end payroll operations across India, UAE, and Cayman Islands, including payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, vendor coordination, payroll processing, and timely payroll closure. The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, UAE Wage Protection System, End of Service Benefits, Cayman Islands employment regulations, pension requirements, and mandatory employee benefits. Responsibilities also include reviewing payroll outputs, identifying anomalies, improving payroll workflows, managing statutory filing calendars, maintaining audit readiness, coordinating with vendors, and partnering with the Finance team for reconciliations, reporting, and financial provisions.
The position provides direct exposure to Compensation and Rewards by working closely with the Rewards Lead on compensation review cycles, benefits renewals, market benchmarking, policy implementation, appraisal processes, job architecture, and benefits program management while contributing through data management, coordination, and operational support.
Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Payroll, Human Resources Systems, or Total Rewards with direct ownership of at least two functional areas. Hands-on payroll experience across India is essential, while UAE payroll experience is strongly preferred. Exposure to Cayman Islands or other international payroll environments is an advantage. Applicants should possess expertise in HRMS and payroll systems, strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and automation, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, confidentiality, structured problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across global locations.
