About the Role:
Macnaught is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Lead to manage recruitment across India, Australia, and US operations, along with driving internal talent management and performance review processes.
The role is suitable for professionals from HR, Sales, Marketing, or Operations backgrounds who have strong stakeholder management, negotiation, process-building skills, and the ability to operate with commercial judgment in a fast-evolving, multi-country business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across India, Australia, and US entities.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain structured hiring pipelines and requisition intake processes.
• Coordinate and administer goal-setting and performance review cycles across locations.
• Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, managerial capability, and retention.
• Develop and improve talent processes to enhance efficiency and candidate/employee experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance for at least 4 years will be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones including India, Australia, and US.
• Ability to design and manage structured processes independently.
• High ownership mindset with strong organizational skills.
