The Associate People Business Partner will support assigned business units by delivering end-to-end HR Business Partner services across workforce management, employee engagement, talent management, compensation support, employee relations, and people operations. The role works closely with the Senior Manager, People Business Partner and business leaders to provide operational excellence, data-driven insights, and structured HR support while independently managing day-to-day people matters.
Key responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, talent management processes, employee relations activities, compensation support, HR analytics, workforce reporting, organizational effectiveness initiatives, change management support, people data analysis, stakeholder management, and providing HR guidance to business leaders. The role requires building trusted relationships with managers, supporting HR strategies aligned with business objectives, handling confidential employee matters, contributing to organizational development initiatives, and ensuring consistent HR service delivery within a dynamic Global Capability Center environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, HR analytics, and workforce metrics. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and delivering high-quality HR support. Strong leadership potential, strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving ability, adaptability, and cultural awareness are essential for success in this role.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree or HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred. Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. Experience working within a Global Capability Center or multinational organization is highly desirable.
