Piramal Pharma Ltd is hiring a Senior Manager - Total Rewards responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, global mobility programs, and long term incentive plans across the organization. The role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, governance, employee experience, and stakeholder management across domestic and international locations. The selected candidate will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Payroll, Tax, and external service providers to administer employee benefit programs, manage global mobility processes, and oversee end to end administration of ESOP plans. The role also supports total rewards strategy through analytics, process improvements, benchmarking, and policy development. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits administration across business units, medical and life insurance, accident insurance, wellness, retirement, annual enrolment, employee communication, policy awareness, market benchmarking, cost optimization, mobility processes for international assignments and transfers, immigration and visa requirements, assignment lifecycle management, repatriation, tax compliance, relocation, global mobility policies, ESOP administration including grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures, settlements, reporting, overseas ESOP processes, trust activities, regulatory compliance, accounting, Board and committee approvals, vendor management, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
