Job Description
Pepup HR is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for its Pune office. This role reports directly to the Founder and offers high ownership, strategic exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling boutique recruitment firm. The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both client mandates and internal hiring, from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities include designing and executing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean Search, referrals, and headhunting, conducting competency-based screening and interviews, serving as the single point of contact for clients and hiring managers, managing feedback loops and offer negotiations, building talent pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, mentoring Talent Acquisition team members, tracking recruitment metrics such as Turnaround Time, Cost per Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness, maintaining ATS records, mandate trackers, and reporting dashboards, and contributing to recruitment process improvements, SOP development, and operational scalability. Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with MBA HR preferred, along with 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a recruitment firm, staffing agency, or executive search organization. Strong sourcing expertise, client management, stakeholder management, analytical ability, reporting skills, and excellent communication are essential.
