Job Description
CITIC CLSA is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner for its Mumbai office. This full-time role involves partnering with business leaders and functional stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives while providing strategic and operational HR support across talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, executing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, development, performance management and exits, tracking attrition trends, developing retention strategies, administering Workday HRIS, maintaining HR analytics and dashboards, supporting compensation planning and market benchmarking, drafting and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and labour laws, supporting HR and payroll audits, contributing to employer branding, organizational development, change management, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and mentoring HR team members. Candidates should have 10–14 years of HR experience with exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate HR, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience in financial services or multi-geography environments. Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred, an analytics certification is desirable, and a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required. The role requires working from the office five days a week.
