Job Description
Human Resources Services industry with employee size not specified. A leading hospitality brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and drive people strategy across the organization. The selected candidate will lead the complete HR function including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and HR Compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives, partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning, building a high-performance culture through effective people management practices, managing manpower planning, budgeting, succession planning, and retention strategies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, and leading and mentoring the HR team while driving continuous process improvements. Candidates should have 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Hospitality, Hotels, QSR, Retail, or Service Industries. Proven experience in independently leading the HR department, strong knowledge of HR operations, talent management, labour laws, statutory compliance, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
