Symbiosis Management Consultants is hiring a DGM Talent Acquisition / Talent Acquisition Head for a leading organization in the Electricals, FMCD, FMEG, and Manufacturing industry. Employee Size: 51-200. The position is based in Mumbai and requires 15–20 years of experience in talent acquisition. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end hiring for leadership, functional, technical, manufacturing, corporate, sales, and niche positions within a fast-paced consumer durables and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders and HR teams for workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and executive search, building talent pipelines for critical roles, managing candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding, tracking recruitment metrics, preparing hiring reports for leadership, strengthening employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and industry best practices, and building relationships with recruitment partners, educational institutions, and professional networks. Candidates should have expertise in stakeholder management, business partnering, sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, employer branding, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, while an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
