The Recruitment & Payroll Manager | HR Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions in collaboration with team leads. Day-to-day tasks include administering payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, managing employee records, and coordinating benefits and leave data. The person in this role will handle payroll compliance, support resolution of payroll-related queries, and maintain adherence to local labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include onboarding new employees, supporting performance review processes, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries. Candidates should possess knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments to maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication. Candidates should be proficient in HR and payroll software, MS Excel, and data management tools. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR processes, recruitment best practices, and local labor laws. Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support employees. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in HR and payroll functions is highly beneficial.
