• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk, plant and lateral hiring.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Heads based on approved manpower requirements.
• Handle mid to senior-level hiring requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates within defined TAT.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions and offer rollouts.
• Support hiring managers in developing and refining job descriptions.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and urgent positions.
• Partner with Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate with Plant HR teams for workforce planning and plant-level recruitment.
• Optimize recruitment efficiency and costs.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Track source effectiveness and recruitment ROI.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring status reports.
• Track TAT, Cost per Hire, Source Effectiveness and Closure Ratio.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to management.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring, plant/manufacturing recruitment and lateral hiring preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.
