Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive based in Pune to handle end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, generalist activities, employee documentation, and statutory compliance. Key responsibilities include handling complete talent acquisition processes such as sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, interview coordination, offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding formalities. The role oversees day-to-day HR operations including employee records maintenance, HR documentation, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee master data administration. The executive will manage HR generalist functions, execute employee engagement initiatives, lead induction sessions, implement company policies, and resolve employee queries in coordination with internal departments. Responsibilities also include managing PF and ESIC processes, handling statutory compliance documentation, and maintaining HR trackers and MIS reports. Candidates must hold an MBA in HR, have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, possess practical knowledge of PF and ESIC procedures, and have strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Male candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.
