GSS HR Solutions Private Limited is hiring IT Recruiters for its Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai office. This is an urgent hiring requirement with immediate joining opportunities. The role is suitable for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in recruitment as well as candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and various recruitment channels. The role includes screening and shortlisting candidates for IT positions, conducting initial telephonic interviews, assessing candidate suitability, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, preparing recruitment reports, building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, negotiating offers, and following up with candidates until successful onboarding.
Candidates with previous experience in Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, Staffing Firm, Executive Search Firm, or Manpower Consultancy will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
Preferred Education:
BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization)
Any Postgraduate Degree in IT or a related field
Experience:
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition are preferred.
