Manvision Technologies is hiring IT Recruiters for its Hyderabad office located at Rai Durg. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various technical positions including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals. The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment activities, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring teams, conducting candidate screening, and ensuring successful closures of open positions. Candidates should have hands-on experience working with ATS, job portals, VMS platforms, professional networking platforms, and social media channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in IT Recruitment
