Job Description
Centific is hiring a Project Recruitment Manager with 5+ years of experience. This opportunity is available in Remote mode or Work From Office at Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle of contingent workers for AI projects. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities, managing team workloads, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. The role requires proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates from the OneForma talent pool, collaborating with Global Sourcing, Vendor Management, and CTA teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, screening and selecting candidates for remote and onsite AI data projects, identifying top performers, and driving retention initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from application tracking to onboarding, assigning qualification tests, supporting client proposal processes including RFP and RFI activities, negotiating competitive candidate rates, maintaining recruitment records, processing and archiving collaboration agreements, providing regular stakeholder updates, analyzing sourcing and screening processes for continuous improvement, and creating recruitment dashboards to track key performance indicators. Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in project management preferably within recruitment, talent acquisition, or data collection projects, along with at least 3 years of team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management, contingent workforce hiring, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, dashboard creation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Experience in AI industry recruitment is an added advantage.
