A growing organization with operations spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and e-commerce is hiring an HR Manager for its Mumbai location. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys managing the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, employee onboarding and HR administration, payroll processing, statutory compliance management including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax, labour law compliance, documentation management, factory HR activities, employee relations, performance management and review processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR policy implementation, governance activities, exit management, and full and final settlements. Candidates should have more than 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles, strong knowledge of payroll administration and statutory compliances, exposure to labour laws and employee lifecycle management, and the ability to independently manage and drive HR processes from start to finish. Experience in manufacturing or factory HR environments will be an added advantage. MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred. The organization operates across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
