Chulha Chauki Da Dhaba is hiring a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, attendance tracking, leave administration, employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, employee relations, compliance management, and HR reporting. The role requires supporting a fast-paced and customer-focused environment while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee records management.
Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Address employee queries and support employee relations by handling concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Support workforce planning and staffing requirements for operational teams.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies including implementation, documentation, and compliance.
Experience in Employee Relations with the ability to handle grievances and build trust.
Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and record-keeping abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance relevant to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ability to support flexible or shift-based staffing requirements.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
