KLAY Academy is hiring a Project Coordinator for its Training & Development department at HSR, Bangalore. This is a full-time role reporting to the Business Head and requires candidates who are open to travel. The Project Coordinator will support the end-to-end execution of training programs by managing schedules, ensuring admissions, creating training batches, handling logistics, communication, documentation and monitoring learning activities. The role involves smooth coordination between trainers, participants and training departments to achieve desired learning outcomes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or a related field with 1 to 4 years of experience in training coordination, admissions, marketing or business development. Professionals with a strong network around North East educational institutions are highly recommended and candidates with a geographical understanding of North East India will be preferred. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and documentation management. Experience in training batch creation, admissions management and project coordination is preferred. Candidates should have a basic understanding of training processes and learning principles along with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem-solving and multitasking abilities. The role demands attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
