Job Description
This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist within Global HR Delivery, you will support high-quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for new hires, existing employees, and exiting employees. You will execute Hire-to-Retire transactions such as onboarding, employee data changes, letters, and separation actions, while providing employee and manager support through self-service guidance and helpdesk responses. The specialist will prepare, process, and maintain HR documents and letters using standard templates including offer letters, confirmations, and verification letters, coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing related to new hires, changes, and exits, and support background verification and reference check processes as per defined guidelines. Responsibilities also extend to generating, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports on headcount, attrition, leave balances, and compliance metrics, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy norms, and statutory requirements, identifying and resolving data issues or case exceptions by partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Security, and other functional teams, maintaining documentation hygiene with first-time-right processing, and contributing to process improvements, SOPs, and knowledge documentation.
