Rhysley Private Limited is hiring an HRMS Implementation & Customer Onboarding Specialist for its Mohan Estate, New Delhi location. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in HR Technology, Customer Success, SaaS Implementations, HRMS, Payroll, HRIS, HCM, or Product Onboarding who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting HR technology solutions.
The selected candidate will conduct HRMS product demonstrations for prospective clients and manage the complete customer onboarding and implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and coordinating employee master data, payroll data, attendance records, leave information, shift details, and organizational data. The role also requires coordination with Product, Support, and Technical teams for system configuration and setup activities.
Additional responsibilities include conducting user training sessions, supporting customers during go-live activities, maintaining implementation trackers, onboarding checklists, status reports, and ensuring a smooth transition of customers to Customer Success and Support teams after implementation completion.
Candidates should have strong understanding of HR processes, payroll structures, attendance management, leave management, employee master data management, HRMS implementation methodologies, and customer onboarding processes. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, training, and data validation skills are essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while managing implementation timelines are required.
Preferred candidates will have experience in HRMS software companies, payroll software organizations, HR technology and SaaS companies, ERP implementation organizations, workforce management solution providers, or customer success and product implementation teams.
