Job Description
Adam Information Technologies is hiring an HR Operations & Payroll Executive for its Raidurgam, Nanakramguda X Roads, Hyderabad location. This is an on-site opportunity for HR professionals with experience in HR operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance. The role operates from Monday to Friday with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee status changes. Responsibilities include maintaining HR databases and employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, coordinating background verification, employee documentation, and onboarding formalities, and generating employment-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and employee certificates.
Additional responsibilities include supporting monthly payroll processing through validation of attendance records, leave data, employee information, and payroll inputs. The role also involves handling HR operational activities related to PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, invoices, purchase orders, statutory compliance requirements, employee benefits administration, employee query resolution, HR reporting, workforce analytics, operational metrics preparation, and supporting internal and external audits through accurate record maintenance and compliance documentation.
Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, documentation management capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance requirements.
