Job Description
Deloitte is seeking an Analyst for its DTTL People Team to support global HR operations and deliver high-quality client service. The Global People team is the HR services center for the Global Organization of Deloitte and undertakes the entire spectrum of HR service offerings from sourcing and onboarding to exit management, HRIS administration, reporting, and people analytics.
The selected candidate will represent the Talent and People Advisory function for Deloitte Global while interfacing with local client populations to facilitate HR-related matters. The role requires exercising judgment to escalate non-routine issues to Talent Advisors or HR Leaders for resolution.
Responsibilities include understanding HR websites and Deloitte online resources to better serve employees and educate them on self-service capabilities through the intranet.
The candidate will deliver excellent service in line with HR process requirements while ensuring high accuracy, quality, and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
The role involves assisting with goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end performance management processes, including managing logistics, taking notes during meetings, consolidating results, and providing support on system-related issues.
The selected candidate will own end-to-end HR system transactions, processing HR-related changes such as new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and cost center changes with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, assigning buddies, and sending welcome emails to ensure a smooth employee experience.
The role also requires managing exit processes, conducting interviews, collecting data, and analyzing exit surveys to provide insights for talent strategies.
The candidate will coordinate Talent Advisory meetings and provide relevant insights to support Talent Advisors in people-related discussions and decisions.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee participation in learning programs, managing nomination eligibility, processing exception requests, assisting with year-end compensation processes, running reports, conducting data analysis, maintaining employment files, and participating in ad-hoc HR projects.
The Global People team also supports talent data and analytics used for headcount forecasting, hiring, retention, promotions, internal mobility, compensation, development, workforce planning, and performance management.
Candidates should possess an MBA in HR from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges with 2–3 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate understanding of HR procedures and processes and possess experience handling difficult situations professionally.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as within teams in a fast-moving environment.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, performance management tools, and other ERP systems is preferred.
