The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for conducting training programs based on training needs identified for the assigned territory, addressing both local and central requirements.
Training delivery responsibilities include conducting Classroom Training (CRT), Virtual Learning Training (VLT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), e-learning modules through Learning Management Systems (LMS), coaching, and mentoring sessions.
The role requires identifying competency gaps in areas such as product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, and customer experience for assigned manpower and implementing training interventions to close these gaps.
The selected candidate will conduct role plays, on-the-job training sessions, audits, and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness before and after training interventions.
Training MIS and database management responsibilities include preparing training calendars in coordination with regional and headquarters stakeholders as per standard formats.
The role involves submitting training coverage reports, assessment reports, audit reports, and analytical reports according to defined standards.
The incumbent is expected to deliver training across various locations for Dealer Internal Training Leads, Sales Coaches, dealer front-end sales teams, and other critical profiles.
Responsibilities include completing targeted training man-days, compiling and presenting training reports, and tracking training effectiveness through periodic audits.
The candidate will ensure that training coverage aligns with key performance indicators and Training Need Analysis requirements.
Strong knowledge of Basic and Advanced Automotive Technology, automotive retail processes, and allied businesses such as insurance, finance, and used car businesses is required.
Candidates should also possess awareness of the Indian automobile industry including market size, key players, segments, products, and market share trends.
The ideal candidate should be an Engineer with a BE or B.Tech degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Training and Adult Learning & Development. Graduates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Training and Adult Learning & Development are also eligible.
