The team contributes to Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Legal Support, Research & Knowledge, Document Production, Virtual Executive Assistance, Programme Management, Client & Market Development, and Continuous Improvement.
The HR Reporting and Analytics team provides quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to help leaders make informed business decisions and build the workplace of the future.
As HR Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will collaborate with global functional leads within HR, Regional HR leaders and HRBPs to lead the roadmap of the People Data, Reporting and Analytics function. The role utilizes various systems and data sources to deliver reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead the People Data, Reporting and Analytics function of the organization.
β’ Partner with Global HR Operations Lead to drive the global HR data and reporting strategy.
β’ Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks using advanced statistical techniques.
β’ Implement and automate business requirements on Workday and BI tools for real-time HR analytics.
β’ Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality, data management practices, and standard tools.
β’ Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
β’ Develop standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, templates, and metrics that generate business insights.
β’ Prepare management reports and ensure adherence to deadlines.
β’ Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
β’ Drive data governance and data management processes.
β’ Increase analytics platform adoption across HR functions.
β’ Partner with global HR teams to understand business needs and deliver meaningful analysis.
β’ Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams.
People Leadership Responsibilities
β’ Build and lead a high-performing analytics team.
β’ Develop team capabilities through clear objectives and accountability.
β’ Embed the firm's values and code of conduct across the team.
β’ Ensure succession planning and service continuity.
β’ Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and mutual respect.
β’ Maintain low attrition and high employee and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Statistics, or related fields.
β’ Experience managing diversified reporting systems and analytics projects.
β’ Strong expertise in Workday Reporting tools, Data Architecture, Data Quality Management, and Data Visualization.
β’ Hands-on experience with BI and analytics projects.
β’ Proficiency in Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
β’ Good to have knowledge of Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
β’ Understanding of HR processes and HR technology applications.
β’ Strong data management, data cleaning, and analytical skills.
β’ Experience integrating workforce data from Workday and HR applications including recruiting and talent technologies.
β’ Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and process improvement orientation.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with high attention to detail.

β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
β’ Ability to work with senior stakeholders globally.
β’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
