We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end Tech & Product hiring for our India operations. The role involves handling recruitment across a wide range of functions, ensuring smooth and timely closures, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, build robust talent pipelines, and contribute to improving overall hiring effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment cycle for India-based Tech & Product roles, as well as Non-Tech roles as needed, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture. Act as a trusted advisor to drive efficient hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop innovative sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and diversity hiring practices tailored for non-tech functions.
Market Insights: Track India talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Share insights to help business leaders make informed decisions.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and statutory requirements.
Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and closure timelines. Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in end-to-end Tech & Product hiring in the India market.
Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
