Define approaches for complex plan design and field effectiveness questions by translating stakeholder requests into actionable workplans. Review IC plan designs, calculations, dashboards, and presentation materials to ensure analytical rigor, consistency, audit readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Lead plan design support through simulations, payout curve analyses, pay-mix diagnostics, and historical scenario modeling. Conduct IC effectiveness analyses including payout distributions, performance reviews, and recommendations to improve plan design.
Brand Analytics Oversight
Oversee brand analytics deliverables including field performance reporting, targeting and segmentation refresh, call planning analytics, and brand performance diagnostics across IBU markets and brands. Represent the GCC IC pod in governance, plan rollout, and cross-functional forums involving commercial analytics, finance, marketing, sales operations, and market access teams. Establish efficient ways of working including intake routines, cycle calendars, approval workflows, and quality review expectations across multiple geographies and time zones.
People Leadership and Team Development
Directly manage 2โ4 Analysts and Senior Analysts across IC and brand analytics sub-capabilities. Set goals, provide performance feedback, conduct one-on-one discussions, and build development plans. Foster an environment focused on ownership, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities for the GCC analytics team.
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
Lead automation and efficiency initiatives across recurring IC and analytics workflows using AI, GenAI, and modern data engineering practices. Review reporting portfolios regularly and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and enhancement.
