Job Description
Cyfuture is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings strong end-to-end recruitment expertise across diverse domains such as IT, Cloud, Engineering, AI and ML, Sales, and various corporate functions. The professional will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, right from sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidate profiles to extending offers and managing onboarding processes. Key responsibilities include handling multiple hiring demands simultaneously, understanding detailed technical and functional job descriptions, and proactively sourcing top talent through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, employee references, and external recruitment channels. The role involves conducting initial screening interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and overall suitability, followed by seamless interview coordination between prospective candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, the role demands managing regular follow-ups, gathering actionable feedback, driving salary negotiations, and closing offers within targeted timeframes. Maintaining comprehensive candidate databases, recruitment MIS, and operational trackers is essential. A core aspect of this position is collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities, while continually delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal professional should carry proven exposure to hiring for Cloud and IT Infrastructure, DevOps, Linux, Windows, AI and ML, Engineering, Enterprise Sales, IT Sales, Government and Channel Sales, as well as core support functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing.
