About the Role
The Senior Talent Development Specialist plays a strategic role in shaping, delivering, and evolving talent, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance and workforce effectiveness. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence, partnering closely with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to identify needs, provide consultative guidance, and implement scalable solutions.
The Senior Talent Development Specialist brings advanced expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness while serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and key talent. The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into impactful development solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of talent development programs, initiatives, and processes aligned with organizational strategy
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on talent, leadership, and organizational development needs
• Facilitate and influence decision-making through effective stakeholder management, including engagement with senior executives and cross-functional partners
• Manage complex, multi-faceted programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment, quality execution, and measurable outcomes
• Drive high-impact conversations with leaders to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and align development efforts to business priorities
• Coach and support leaders and high-potential talent to enhance capability, performance, and career growth
• Lead the creation of executive-level materials, including insights, recommendations, and presentations that translate data into actionable strategies
• Identify trends and leverage data, research, and benchmarking to inform strategy and continuous improvement efforts
• Champion initiatives that enhance organizational culture, engagement, inclusion, and overall employee experience
• Oversee and strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions
• Guide change management and communication efforts to drive adoption and sustain impact of talent initiatives
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members or project contributors as needed
• Ensure effective management of program operations, including planning, tracking, and resource alignment
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, HR, or related areas
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex talent initiatives
• Experience in consulting, coaching, or advisory roles within an organizational setting is strongly preferred
