Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic technical and IT positions.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable technical candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate sourcing and headhunting based on defined requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines for multiple technical requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, and hiring-related documentation.
Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Work toward defined recruitment targets, productivity, and turnaround timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
