Job Description
Radhe Krishna Expertise is hiring an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities for BPO and telecalling profiles across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, initial coordination, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving daily and weekly hiring targets. Candidates should have hands-on experience in BPO recruitment and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities for BPO and customer service requirements.
Source candidates for International BPO, International Telecalling, Domestic BPO, and Domestic Telecalling positions.
Recruit candidates for Voice, Chat, Customer Service, and other BPO profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring updates.
Work toward achieving daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and stakeholders regarding hiring priorities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on BPO recruitment experience.

Strong communication and candidate-convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
Preferred Profile: HR Recruiters with minimum 1 year of BPO recruitment experience and strong exposure to International or Domestic BPO, Telecalling, Voice, Chat, and Customer Service hiring. Candidates with excellent communication, convincing, sourcing, follow-up, and target-achievement skills, along with experience hiring in Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru markets, will be preferred.
