ICC CHEMTEC PRIVATE LIMITED (Softspun Microfiber) is hiring an HR & Administration Manager for its Faridabad facility. Softspun Microfiber is one of India's leading manufacturers and brands of microfiber cleaning products with more than 25 years of industry experience. The company manufactures and markets microfiber products for household, automotive, commercial, industrial and e-commerce markets through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, its own website and a nationwide distributor network. The organization employs over 120 team members across manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce, sales and administration functions and is currently expanding into a larger integrated manufacturing and warehousing facility in Faridabad. The HR & Administration Manager will lead recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, labour law compliance, attendance management, payroll coordination and administration functions. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for factory, warehouse, office, sales and e-commerce positions, conducting screening interviews, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining candidate databases and ensuring manpower availability. The role also covers employee lifecycle management including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, full and final settlements and issuance of relieving and experience letters. Additional responsibilities include monitoring attendance, leave records, shift schedules, payroll coordination with the accounts team, overtime tracking and payroll accuracy. The selected candidate will oversee PF, ESI, labour law compliance, contractor labour management, statutory records and audit support. The role also includes implementing KPI and performance review systems, supporting productivity improvement, managing housekeeping, security, transport, facility management, vendor coordination, office and factory administration, asset management and facility expansion projects. Employee engagement, grievance handling, retention initiatives and workforce stability management are also key aspects of this position. Candidates with manufacturing, factory, warehouse or industrial HR experience will be preferred. Manufacturing company with 120+ employees and ongoing facility expansion project.
