The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function and ensuring the organization attracts, engages and hires top talent. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, implementing effective recruitment strategies and optimizing talent acquisition practices. Responsibilities include leading and overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance and adherence to best practices, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing customized recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks, planning and executing interview and selection processes including screening calls, assessments and interviews, developing job descriptions and interview frameworks, analyzing labor market trends and turnover data to improve hiring outcomes, supervising and mentoring recruitment teams, conducting performance reviews and providing training and development support. The role also requires ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws and company guidelines, driving employer branding initiatives, supporting diversity hiring efforts and participating in process improvement and strategic talent acquisition projects. Candidates should have strong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment operations, onboarding processes, ATS platforms, HR analytics and stakeholder management. This position plays a critical role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and building a high-performing recruitment function.
