The Human Resources team helps drive business outcomes by empowering HPE employees through inclusive workplace practices, talent acquisition, engagement, and performance excellence.
Job Family Definition
The role supports end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including consultation with HR and business leaders to identify hiring requirements, implement sourcing strategies, define job specifications, manage candidate sourcing and screening, facilitate background verification, relocation support, immigration processes, and offer completion. The position also supports workforce planning initiatives, university hiring programs, contingent workforce management, workforce redeployment, and staffing activities related to mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, and divestitures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers within the business and sub-region while building relationships with key decision-makers.
Drive and monitor hiring targets for the assigned sub-region, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, graduate hiring, diversity hiring, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
Manage the complete staffing lifecycle including sourcing strategy implementation, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer creation, and relocation support.
Advise managers on recruitment processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.
Establish and manage relationships with staffing vendors and Business Process Outsourcing partners to support workforce plans.
Provide support for hiring initiatives with staffing implications.
Utilize business knowledge and recruitment expertise to contribute to staffing strategies including talent attraction, hiring, relocation, and contingent workforce management.
Education and Experience Required
First-level university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of related Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Subject matter expertise in one or more business areas where the company competes for talent.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience leading small staffing projects or contributing to larger staffing initiatives.
Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
