Honeywell Aerospace Technologies is hiring a Senior HR Generalist (remote – India) to support end-to-end HR operations and strategic people initiatives. The role requires strong experience in HR domains such as staffing, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & talent management, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, supporting change management initiatives, and aligning HR processes with business priorities. Key responsibilities include talent development, onboarding and assimilation, coaching employees and leaders, HR reporting and analytics, compensation benchmarking, staffing support, employee engagement programs, and communication of HR policies. The role also involves managing HR compliance, labor laws, and contributing to business partnering and strategic HR planning in a matrix environment. Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
