Job Description
We are hiring for HR Compliance Senior Associate role in Noida and Hyderabad locations. Candidate should have 4–7 years of experience in HR compliance, employee relations or HR operations within India. Role involves managing compliance across Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, supporting POSH compliance, leave governance (EL/CL/SL), gratuity and employee lifecycle compliance. Responsibilities include HR policy and employee handbook alignment, audits, documentation, investigations, regulatory reporting, and supporting HR, talent and leadership teams on compliance and employee relations matters. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and Shops and Establishments Acts with excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail required. Experience with HRIS tools like Workday is a plus.
